We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Shipping  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Occasionally delays can occur with Royal Mail or due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Use of Products  

Our products are intended for home fragrance use only.

Candles must always be used safely:

- Never leave a burning candle unattended  

- Keep away from children and pets  

- Follow all care instructions provided  

Room sprays should be used as directed and not sprayed directly onto pets, skin, or delicate surfaces.

We are not responsible for misuse of products.

Allergies & Sensitivities  

While we use high-quality fragrance oils, sensitivities may vary. Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before use.
